  Data Protection 1 Will TPs infringe the Personal Data Protection Act by providing the trainees’ personal contact information to SSG? To facilitate the TRAQOM initiative, TPs should inform trainees about TRAQOM surveys at the point of course registration and the requirement for their email address and mobile number to be provided to SSG. TPs may also include a clause in the course registration form to inform individuals of TRAQOM and the requirement for the sharing of the trainees’ contact information with SSG under the initiative.
