Overview

Personal styling helps teach you how to express yourself through clothing. You will learn how to select items that emphasize and complement your individual features, like your body shape, coloring, and personality. With personal styling, you can put together looks that capture the essence of who you are and help you make a strong impact in whatever situation you find yourself in. You’ll learn how to make creative and fashion-forward decisions about color, texture, and silhouette when it comes to selecting garments for all occasions. You will discover new ways of interpreting trends, putting your own unique spin on them so that they reflect your individual style needs. When it comes to personal styling, learn the body type, color coordination, and footwear trend with TaF.tc to determine what pieces will best flatter your physique and align with your aesthetic vision.

Admissions

To enrol, you must fulfil the following requirements

1

Aged 16 years and above

 and 2

Course fee funding eligibility : SCs and PRs (Self-sponsored individuals must be at least 21 years old)

 and 3

GCE ‘N’ Level with 3 credits including English and Mathematics OR WSQ ES WPLN Level 4 and above

 and 4

ALL Students are required to have basic knowledge of computer and Microsoft Office

Graduation

To graduate, you must fulfil the following requirements

1

75% attendance rate of total training hours per module

 and 2

Be found competent during written, practical and oral assessments

International Students

To enrol, you must fulfil the following requirements

1

Aged 16 years and above

 and 2

High School Diploma equivalent to GCE ‘N’ Level with 3 credits including English and Mathematics OR Qualifications from professional institutes may be considered on a case-by-case basis AND/OR Pass TaF.tc Entrance Test

 and 3

English Language Requirement – Possess a minimum credit in English at GCE ‘O’ Level or its equivalent OR IELTS score 5.5 or TOEFL score 46

 and 4

ALL Students are required to have basic knowledge of computer and Microsoft Office

Graduation

To enrol, you must fulfil the following requirements

75% attendance rate of total training hours per module. Student Pass Holders – a minimum of 90% attendance per month will be required

Additionally, with the rise of influencers now seen on social media platforms such as Instagram offering up endless style inspiration from all four corners of the globe, individuals are feeling even more driven to stay fashionable and stylish at all times which makes hiring a personal stylist more attractive than ever before.

Yes! You can use any SkillsFuture Credits you have to pay for course fees.

We highly discourage you from missing any classes since the entire program is designed to be hands-on intensive. There is also a minimum attendance requirement of 75% of training hours for Singaporean and PRs, and 90% of training hours for international students. If you do not meet the 75% attendance requirement, you will not be eligible to enjoy subsidies nor to sit for the assessment. Make sure you block off your time during your training with us or find an intake option that will ensure you do not miss any classes. You will only wish that you had more time in the class!
