Learning Outcomes
  • Measure and document body measurements.
  • Draft patterns of client body measurements as in bespoke tailoring.
  • Cut panels based on given fabrics and patterns.
  • Sew unit pattern components with refined finishes.
  • Evaluate sewn products for quality and fit against body measurements.
Certificate Issuance
Upon completing the course, the student will be awarded a TaF.tc Certificate in Bespoke Series: Men's Casual Trousers.

Before your class begins, we'd like you to make sure that you have the following items so that the class can proceed smoothly.

The following items are compulsory for students to bring:

Sewing Toolkit and Drafting Paper

All students who take TaF.tc's Sewing Courses are required to bring their own Sewing Toolkit and Drafting Paper for class.

  • Sewing Toolkit - TaF.tc Student Price S$55/set (Retail Price S$70/set).
  • Drafting Paper (10 yards) - TaF.tc Student Price S$7 (Retail Price S$10).
  • Students can purchase the Sewing Toolkit and Drafting Paper from SMH Craft [101 Upper Cross St, #03-32 People's Park Centre, S(058357)] and get the Student Price by showing their TaF.tc Student Mobile App.

You will need a Laptop OR Computer Or Tablet, whichever you prefer, for viewing your E-books and completing classwork.

The following items are compulsory for students to bring only after the first day. Students are advised not to purchase any of these items until AFTER the first day as the trainer will explain them in detail:

  • Main Fabric - 2.3m by 1.15m (45-inch) width OR 1.8m by 1.5m (60-inch) width.
  • Pocket Fabric - 1.45m by 1.15m (45-inch) width

We do not offer any make-up or replacement classes.

We highly discourage you from missing any classes since the entire program is designed to be hands-on intensive. There is also a minimum attendance requirement of 75% of training hours for Singaporean and PRs, and 90% of training hours for international students. If you do not meet the 75% attendance requirement, you will not be eligible to enjoy subsidies nor to sit for the assessment. Make sure you block off your time during your training with us or find an intake option that will ensure you do not miss any classes. You will only wish that you had more time in the class!
